Would I, Should I?

What's the worth in playing music?  If I make a song, will people 100 years down the line really care about what I sang about?  Chances are they won't.  But is it just about being popular or remembered in the annals of history?  No, it is not.  I don't care if nobody cares about Oren Lavie in 10, 100, or 1000 years.  His music has given inspiration to me.

That's what I want.  Of course it would be nice to get well known, but being well known can be an afterthought.  The forethought is the meaning or melody in the music that can have an impact on somebody else's life.  I'm going to create, and I don't care how little-fish-in-big-pond I am;  I'm a try-hard or a die-hard.  Yes I am.
